Our terms and conditions are subject to change without any given notice to customers. Once your order has been placed, there will not be any further changes made.
All orders made are subject to availability. As a small business we try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site. In the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you with an offer of an alternative.
We endeavour to give good, clear descriptions and specifications of the goods we sell, however we can not be responsible of any variations of colours or patterns caused by computer web browsers.
Payments are made securely through the SAULT Wardrobe website so we can not be responsible for any fraudulent payments made through our website. In the event a fraudulent payment has been made, we advise that you contact your bank.
All orders placed Monday - Friday will be sent within 1 - 3 working days of the order being placed.
We accept refunds and exchanges of unwanted items within 28 days of your item being delivered. All Items must be in an unworn state with tags still on and all return costs must be covered by you the customer. We can not be responsible for and items that go missing during transit, we ask that all proof of postage to be obtained by the customer. Exchanges and refunds can be issued in the event that the item is damaged or you have received the wrong product. In the event that you need to return any items please fill out returns form and send back with your order, to the address provided. All refunds will be processed within 1 working day of receiving the item but please allow 14 working days for funds to clear. Any returns made after the 28 day period will be entitled to an exchange only.
